Pressure Cooker

Most of us have experienced that feeling of loss of control over our emotions and then do or say something you regret later.

Our feelings and emotions can explode inside of us a little 'hot steam in a pressure cooker and if they are regulated and controlled, they can not.

The problem of keeping your emotions to the point of rupture is that lead to boredom and you can even scream that can provide temporary relief, but it can also leaveto feel guilty or embarrassed.

And sometimes, when the pressure builds for some people is the only way, to moan, nag drink or some other persecution that the voltage remains negative, but the wasted energy and relieves the problem is solved.

Some think that if they hide their feelings to their management. But this is not really the case and what happens is that our emotions seem to escape their way in the form of sighs, restless and nervous laughter. This couldnot bring relief, but that's all

So, how do you manage your emotions? Here are some thoughts to say, healthy and in control.

1 Be aware of your feelings and learn not to be suppressed, it reduces my blood, for example,
2 Identify and label their feelings as they are angry
3 Decide if you want to talk or take some other action.
4 If you do not have to ask, why not check to see if he apologizes.
5 Decide how you talk about your feelings, and whereitself.
6 Try to talk with a friend, spouse or even the person that triggered the emotion.
7 To relieve the stress caused by something physical, hiking, gardening, etc.

People who are happy and full of energy are usually the ones who can keep up the pressure to a reasonable level, managing their emotions as they come, but with a positive result.
